Individuals registering for courses without applying for a degree or a certificate are considered auditor students. Normally a student is required to declare his/her intention to enroll on an auditor basis at the time of registration for the course. A student may change registration from auditor to credit status, if this request is made in writing on a Change of Program form within the first two weeks of the semester. Conversely, a student who wishes to change from credit to auditor status must make this declaration in writing on the Change of Program form within the first six weeks of the semester. At the special request of the instructor, a change from credit to auditor status can be made any time until mid-term.
