Undergraduate Programs Admission Requirements
A grade point average (GPA) of 2.0 (C) or better (on a 4.0 scale) on the high school graduation transcripts or on the GED test or an equivalent test is required for admission to the undergraduate-level programs. Applicants whose academic backgrounds do not meet the GPA requirement for admission are reviewed by the Admissions for conditional acceptance and if accepted will be granted a regular undergraduate status after completing a minimum of 12 units of coursework during one term with a GPA of 2.3 or better or at least 18 units in two consecutive terms with cumulative GPA of 2.3 or better. Conditional status may be given for two terms only.
Consideration for admission to the BS degree program also requires the following procedures: a. The Scholastic Level Examination (SLE) with a passing score of 22 or above (this requirement is waived for applicants who already have a Bachelor’s degree) and b. Interview with the DI Program Director.
