Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) Program Admission Requirements
Consideration for admission to the Lincoln University DBA program requires the following documentation:

The application statement must clearly explain the applicant's objectives for seeking a doctorate in business administration including intellectual curiosity, interest in pursuing academic research, and relevance of their academic or professional experience and future career. It is advantageous but not mandatory to provide evidence of their research experience.

Three (3) letters of recommendation must accompany the application. The letters should evaluate the applicant's capacity to do doctoral research and successfully complete the requirements of the DBA program. This requirement is waived for students having received Lincoln University MBA degree.

Full transcripts showing graduation with at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited degree granting institution, with a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or above on a scale of 4.0. Applicants completing prior education out of the U.S. should provide the transcripts with notarized translation, and may be required to conduct the transcripts evaluation.

The Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) with minimum score of 550, or the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) with minimum score of 1000, or an equivalent result of foreign test is required. This requirement is waived for applicants having a master's degree with a grade point average of 3.3 or above, or for conditionally-enrolled students with a GPA of 3.5 or above during their first semester of the program.

Applicants from schools where English is not an official educational language should provide a TOEFL minimum score of 79 (internet-based) / 213 (computer-based) / 550 (paper-based) or an equivalent result of other recognized English language tests.

All applicants have to meet the University's general admission requirements, as well as the above degree program admission requirements. In addition, international applicants need to meet the international admission requirements.
